Want to have a breakfast that can keep you going through your hectic day? But you not in a mood to cook something elaborate & also want to keep in check your calorie intake? Than here is our hand picked list of power booster breakfasts. You can get these breakfasts ready within a matter of minutes and yet they will keep you energized through the day.

  1. Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Want an on-the-go snack at any time of the day? Then Smoothies should be your favorite snack. Blend 1 frozen banana, 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, 1 cup of milk, and a few ice cubes. (Add a scoop of your favorite chocolate or vanilla protein for an extra protein boost.) If you want to take this as your morning snack after hitting the gym or on the way to office, then keep it in a tight-sealing container and throw it in a gym or workbag. If you want to have it as an afternoon booster, prepare it the night before and freeze, remove in the morning, and it will be ready to enjoy after lunch.

  1. Scrambled Eggs With Veggies

Love eggs but hate cooking them? Don’t worry you can have them done in microwave. And it’s easy! Beat 2 eggs, put them in a microwave-safe container, add 1 handful of your favorite veggies, a little dash of salt & black pepper, and if you are a cheese lover than sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Zap the mixture for 30 seconds, stir, and cook another 30 seconds, or until eggs are solid. Throw a top on the container to eat later, or store the raw mixture in a fridge until ready to heat and eat.

  1. Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Our third option is a breakfast classic:A fruit & yogurt parfait. The best part? It can be made with any toppings you like-what ever is available on hand. Just get a bowl full of fresh yogurt,add in available fruits. Choose your favorite fruits (which are in  season for the most flavorful options).Top it off with your favorite  nuts & raisins for a little crunch & added energy booster.
